Project MBA: Business Acumen for Tribal Leaders

Overview: Project MBA is built around four foundational modules aimed to build business and financial acumen for rising tribal leaders.

Building Business Acumen & Data Analytics for Gaming

Partner: Oklahoma State University (OSU) Center for the Future of Work

Overview: This program focuses on topics that will provide practical ways to improve business acumen.

Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP) Leader

Partner: National Native American Human Resources Association (NNAHRA)

Overview: This course is designed for the NON HR leader like Tribal Council, tribal executive, or business executive. This provides a foundation of human resource knowledge for leaders.

Program Length: 2 days

Dates: June 23-25 at the Tribal Leadership Conference. June 23 is a full day and the 24th and 25th are half days.

Tribal Administration

Partner: KOSO Strategies, LLC

Overview: This course is designed for Tribal Administrators, directors, and Tribal Council members.
