Jesse is the Chief Executive Officer for the Cowlitz Economic Authority and serves on the Boards of the Tribal Leadership Council and North American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems (NATIFS). She previously held senior executive roles in a native-owned GovTech software company, Tribal Administration, and Tribal Enterprises. She also has a background in international real estate, private equity, and investment advisory, advising on multi-billion-dollar projects. An enrolled member of the Shoalwater Bay Indian Tribe, Jesse holds an MPA in Tribal Governance from The Evergreen State College, an MA in Sociology from the American University of Beirut, and a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
